Ceravolo Orchards is a 3rd and 4th generation family owned business based in Ashton, South Australia. We grow, pack, store, market and distribute premium
Australian grown fruit including apples, pears, cherries, and strawberries.

Our great grandfather, Antonio Ceravolo Snr immigrated from Calabria, Italy in 1950 and developed a humble market garden in the picturesque valleys in Ashton. From this, the family has acquired properties across the Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu Peninsula and diversified the business to include an onsite juice production facility and joint cellar door.

Three generations of the family now work side by side using a combination of proven conventional growing methods and agricultural technology to produce the best quality fruit in a sustainable way. Our family has acquired prime agricultural land for growing pome fruit and cherries around the Adelaide Hills. In addition, we have properties on the Fleurieu Peninsula specifically for strawberries, and a retractable roofing system for cherries. We have talented partner growers in Queensland who help us ensure we can supply strawberries year round.

The market branch of the business works closely and collaboratively with wholesale customers to customise packaging and services for their marketing purposes, and for optimal display, storage and shelf life. The packhouse boasts state of the art inline optical equipment that detects internal and external defects in fruit, guaranteeing you the best quality fruit on shelf. The flexibility of our cutting edge machinery allows for us to meet our customer’s needs and specifications.
